Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) is a government statutory entity responsible for the promotion of the safe, secure and efficient development of Civil Aviation inside and outside Uganda.

Uganda Civil Aviation Authority operates 13 domestic Airports, five of which are designated as entry and exit points to boost tourism and regional trade across the borders.

The Uganda Civil Aviation Authority has allocated funds for the Construction of Additional Offices on the 03rd floor of the Passer Terminal Building at Entebbe International Airport.  UCAA now invites sealed bids from eligible and competent bidders to participate in this procurement.

  1. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the open Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
  2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugshs 100,000/= (One hundred thousand Uganda Shillings only) payable in cash at UCAA cash office, located on the 2nd floor, Entebbe International Airport Terminal Building.

The bid document should be collected immediately after payment from the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU) located at the UCAA Head Office.

  1. Bids must be delivered to the address stated in 4, below on or before Tuesday, 10th December 2019 at 10:55am (All bids must be accompanied with a bid security of Ugshs. 180,000,000/= (One hundred and eighty million shillings only). Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on Tuesday, 10th December 2019 at 11:00am at the UCAA Head Office, Entebbe.
