Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) is a government statutory entity responsible for the promotion of the safe, secure and efficient development of Civil Aviation inside and outside Uganda.
Uganda Civil Aviation Authority has allocated funds for Supply of two (02) 6X6 Fire Trucks. UCAA now invites sealed bids from eligible and competent bidders.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open international bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and are open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ug. Shs 100,000/= (One hundred thousand Uganda Shillings only) payable in cash at UCAA cash office,
The bid document should be collected immediately after payment from the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU) located at the UCAA Head Office.
- Bids must be delivered to the address stated in 4, below on or before Tuesday, 12th January 2021 at 11:00am (All bids must be accompanied with a bid security of Ug. Shs. 45,000,000/= (Forty-five million shillings only). Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on Tuesday, 12th January 2021 at 11:05am in the CAA Boardroom at the CAA Head Office, Entebbe.

There will be a mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting to enable potential bidders get clarifications and answers on any matter on Thursday, 17th December 2020 at 11:00am. Bidders who do not attend the meetings shall be disqualified. (Zoom login details will be provided in advance.
