Draft FSS & ANS Regulations

Section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act, CAP 354 mandates the Minister responsible for Civil Aviation to make Civil Aviation Regulations that govern thsse Aviation Industry.
Prior to the approval and promulgation of the said Regulations, the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority is required to consult both internal and external stakeholders.
In this regard, the Authority avails the draft sets of Civil Aviation Regulations for your comments.
The comments should reach the Authority by 20th November 2019, either in hard copy or by email using the attached Comment/ Feedback Form
